"Do not stay here. Even after we checked with the front desk and told them we paid our full stay amount through Expedia, they still charged my credit card for the full stay. Now the hotel says we have to wait 3 to 4 business days to get our money back. The hotel management does not know what they are doing."

"The customer service was non existent. And there was no VIP perk for me since I didn't have a car. There was no personal on site even though it said there would be Monday through Saturday."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The valet parking attendants were courteous but we did not have to use our car at all during our stay since the location is within walking distance of most places on the UW Campus. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. I loved the decor of the rooms, lobby, and the rooftop bar/ restaurant. We would definitely chose to stay here again!"

"Staff was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and professional. The building, rooms, and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. For those with mobility issues, several of the rooms require a rather steep climb up one or two flights of stairs."
