"The staff members were responsive and helpful, but unfortunately the overall experience at the village was very disappointing—especially for a stay of just two nights.
The room had a strong humid smell, the sofa was worn out and dirty, and the kitchen was poorly equipped and not well supplied. The unit itself felt very old and outdated, and the window blinds were broken.
Overall, the condition of the property did not meet expectations at all."

"For a two night stay, 3 rooms. Totaling over $4,000, what do you think? Worms in room, cockroaches at entrance, toilet paper so thin you might as well use bare fingers, towels that can rub your skin off, service at coffee stand that took forever, noise from across the hall all night. $50 to park my car when already charged over $4,000?
Stayed here last five years. Not again."

"Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed."
