"The outside area where you eat and can relax on benches or play some simple games is nice. No pool or hot tub. The food was expensive but not as good as you’d expect for the price. It took a long time to get our food. My steak was super salty and over cooked. It was like the food you get warmed up on a long airplane flight. It was understaffed. "It was almost a really great stay there were a few things lacking. The staff were just okay. One worker at the coffee shop was straight up rude to us. We also used the spa and they were doing construction so while we were trying to relax power tools were going off. The room was just okay in terms of cleanliness. Definitely felt like they could have spent extra time cleaning."

"The staff are very grouchy. Almost like they don’t want to be there. Tried to go to breakfast and they turned us away and said they were closing because it was 15 min left and we were a walk-in with no reservations. We were hotel guess. So had to get the manager to let us eat and it was buffet. Room was freezing and asked how to turn on heat. They told us there is no heat because they haven’t turned on the boiler yet. Bathroom sick was plugged up and told us they would send someone. We waited,...
