"Nice place and great if you got an early morning flight out. Room was waayyy to hot tho and couldn’t even sleep, what little sleep I did get I’d wake up in a puddle of my own sweat, I called the front desk twice to try get the temperature changed or fixed and nothing was done and no one came both times.. so as far as helpful staff it’s not a great review on that. Rooms are also a little beat up and bed frames where ripped and carpet in room had a few spots that needed love or replacing. Overall...

"Brand new, well located in the middle of everything but quietly tucked between a block of buildings. This is typical of Warsaw architecture. Old town is a quick walk away. Many museums are a close walk. The restaurant is high end. Rooms and beds are magnificent. There is a rooftop bar which is popular and small, so there is usually a wait. Lovely bikes available and other amenities. I always stay here on my Warsaw trips."

"A historic building with beautiful large rooms and convenient location , great access to public transport and taxis and safe locality .
The nearby Palace of Culture and Science museum is just opposite and affords great views ( plus shopping malls with a Carrefour hypermarket in basement ) .
Numerous good dining options are nearby as well as inside the hotel . The Old Town is just a 10 minute ride away by taxi and its within walking distance to the Communist Museum ( Muzeum Życia w PRL)...

"Pro's:
- Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center.
- Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world.
- If breakfast is included, it's well worth it.
- The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey.
Cons:
- Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another...
