"The balcony view was beautiful and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of A/C with the unseasonably warm weather was a deal breaker. However, the staff was very understanding and gracious and we were able to switch hotels with a full refund. Would still recommend."

"It's a great spot IF you're there for a business trip for a conference at the hotel. It's not within walking distance of the central district and most tourist attractions. It's right next to the Russian Embassy so if you're okay with having armed guards next to you then that's up to you. There's not a lot of options for shops or restaurants within walking distance (ended up getting a room service for a "margherita pizza" but it was just a simple cheese pizza for $30) and, as a single woman...

"Great hotel with exceptional breakfast offerings. For a tourist however , it is too far away from the old town and it seems you are unable to flag taxis from the street as in other cities but they have to be preordered by an app or phone call. The surrounding area has a very limited amount of restaurants and seemingly no bars except the hotel."

It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. "Location could not be more convenient for early morning departure, you cross the road and are at check-in counters. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Bathroom layout a bit tight and conditioner bottle was empty, but other than this room was more than fine. They have glass bottles in the rooms and a Brita water dispenser in the hallway, very thoughtful and convenient. Gym sufficiently equipped and has large windows. Breakfast buffet diverse and tasty but not amazing for the price of EUR35; hot...

"The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are handsomely decorated. The beds were quite comfortable and linens and pillows were 5*. We had breakfast with our room and thats were the hotel fell short. It was an a la carte menu. Except for the fried eggs, the eggs were undercooked. They had a bread table in which the guest held the loaf with a napkin and cut a slice. Not in compliance with a post pandemic world. No hot or cold cereals. Just one selection of yogurt. The staff at breakfast never smiled...

"Enjoyed our recent 6-day stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and modern, only minor complaint is that storage space was very limited. Located right at a Metro stop with supporting bus and tram stops. Breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the lobby bar that is shared with the Crowns Plaza hotel in the same building. Lots of restaurants and fast food options nearby. Highly recommended."
