Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. "The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. The location is good also. The convenience of the parking garage to proximity of rooms was also on point. My disappointment was in the room itself. The building is old I understand, however things need work. The air conditioner was very loud and the vents blew the air directly into the bed next to it. The rest of the room was warmer and uncomfortable. The wall paper in the baths need seeing to, it's peeling off. Better quality sheets are also needed. I won't stay here again but it's only because of the physical building is in need of an update. Can't brag on your staff enough. Great people!"
