The hotel looked a little older than I imagined but still very beautiful & eclectic. Amazing staff from the valet to the housekeepers, always willing to help and kept a smiling face. The valet/ doorman worked hard and stayed busy, but I didn’t hear any complaints. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. Only one elevator worked at the time of our stay and the stairwell was a little shady looking. The working elevator usually took a while and shook a little when moving. The only thing we didn’t really like, please be aware that valet is not 24/7 and we were unable to get our vehicle during a time that we needed it but overall a nice stay. If we decide to stay here again, it will only be due to the amazing staff. Give them all raises! Thank you guys for helping to make our weekend special!

I don't know where to start with this. It was so many things wrong with this property with the amount of money spent. I think my my biggest complaint is the young lady at the front desk and I didn't have any wash cloths or towels in my room.

The main issue with this hotel is the NOISY elevator. I shared a room with my brother and nephew. We did not sleep good at all. We heard the elevator all night. I am not sure if the elevator is just old and wore out or if the cables need greasing or what. It is very disruptive. They have two elevators but one didn't work and was out of order. From other reviews - this issue may have been around for a while. As a note - we were in room 502. I am assuming all rooms near this elevator can hear the noise. Room 501 definitely can because it's closer than we were. This would probably include rooms 101, 102 and all other series to the 14th floor. The hotel is very nice and very clean. It is unique and has a very "boutique" feeling. I would have rated all 5's if not for the elevator noise.

While the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel has some issues. Coffee shop is closed on weekends. While someone did get me coffee from the back, it would have been good to have been able to get a snack for breakfast. The hotel also doesn’t have a supply of over the counter medications you can buy in small packets such as Advil, Tylenol,etc. There was only one waste paper container in the room and I had to move it to bathroom. While the room was ok, it could have been cleaner. The areas around the door knobs on all the doors needed to be wiped and cleaned. Lastly, one of the two elevators was out of service. It definitely needs some TLC.

We had several issues that we overlooked that were out of the control of the hotel. However I pulled the covers back on the bed and found a stain. We were leaving to go to a concert, so we asked the front desk to change our sheets while we were gone. Once we arrived back at 11:30pm our sheets had not been changed. We notified the front desk, and they said they would have someone there in 10 to 15 min. After waiting for a half hour no one showed up and we canceled our request. we brought our own pillows and slept on towels.

The room was old with holes in the carpet. There was noise all night long from an hvac unit or something which made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The elevator was old and making rattling noise. No normal amenities that you have in most hotels - refrigerator and microwave considering the price charged. If we were staying for more than one night I would have cancelled our booking. Don’t think we will choose this hotel again. The staff was very pleasant though.

This hotel had only one working elevator that was extremely loud and clanking on every floor. It kept us awake most of the night when it was being used due to having a room in proximity to the elevator. When the elevator was not clanking, we could not sleep anyway due to the beds being EXTREMELY uncomfortable and lumpy. It is a disgrace how old the bedding, mattresses, and pillows were for a supposedly 4 star establishment.

Only one elevator working Both treadmills in fitness center were broken. Both peloton bikes weren’t connected to app so you couldn’t do rides.

Room & Staff was great just a mix up and miscommunication with breakfast included and was charged at the end but it was resolved quickly between expedia and the hotel. Will stay again
