The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious! "

"Great hotel in great location in Jakarta, easy access to Grand Indonesia. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, service and maintenance need to be looked after especially during peak season. We had to make several calls before an extra towel was delivered. The dryer in one of our rooms did not work, the ac on the other room was not cold just because the filter was clogged.
