The only place for improvement could be the breakfast… On the second day the latte option was not available and the American style breakfast food was very limited. Overall, it was a great place to stay."

"When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy. I WIL NOT COME BACK IN THIS FILTHY CHEAP HOTEL/MORE LIKE A MOTEL!"
