"We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . I also was disappointed there were no locker rooms or other amenities in the spa area. My husband had a massage but was allowed a 10 minute shower afterwards, then had to vacate...

"Hotel was great! The bar was absolutely horrible. I went to the bar on Thursday night around 9pm, it was kind of crowded, took about 10 minutes to order a draft beer, and even longer to get it. "Nice hotel, Valet staff very professional and friendly. Front desk at check in was disappointing. Checked in later in the evening, walked up to the front desk where 2 people were working, No other guest was checking in at the time but we were not acknowledged at all.
