"The check in experience was awful. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 20 years and this past weekend upon check in I was treated rudely by the check in person. I was on a work call in front of the registration clerk, who my wife gave my license to, since the booking was in my name, and the clerk refused to check us in unless I was off the phone. I got off the phone and checked in and the clerk had such a rude attitude towards my wife and I. Even the bell man who assisted with our luggage commented...

"The property was nice however I wish we had a city view of the property in the hotel room we stayed in. I think they had a dranage promblem in the room we were in because the water wouldn't go down quickly. It seemed to be stopped up. That was a huge problem for us. Our overall stay was good. The staff was great! "

"The Iron Horse was the perfect spot for our two-night stay in Milwaukee. We loved its eclectic personality and the outdoor patio bar. The room reflected the hotel's funky vibe with a view of the city. Bed was comfy. We had breakfast in the Library. The Bagel and Lox board was Instagram-worthy. Walking distance from the Harley Davidson museum so if that's on your itinerary, the Iron Horse is the perfect place to stay. "

"Combined living area. Super cool, and really a nice difference for a normal hotel. Amazing room, and if you’re not a fan of the combined area I only shared the elevator with one person to the floor for the whole stay. Bar at the hotel has odd hours, but was great."

"Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!"

"Stay was good but had some plumbing issues. Had to plunge toilet twice, when it really wasn't necessary; sink in bathroom had draining problems too. Other than that, property was good. "
