"Overall, great hotel but this was a pricey stay! 7.5/10 The front desk staff is very sweet and Jazmine even helped us find and offered us activities to do for Halloween. The room was cleaned around noon/1pm every day and I opted out of the dry cleaning services and breakfast, you have to put your order in before I believe around 12am or 2am to have it delivered to your room. Please make sure to be mindful of the 100$ breakage fee deposit per day of your stay that wasn’t really included in...

"Good stay"

"Absence of elevator made luggage carrying difficult! Excellent hotel."

"Great place for our anniversary weekend getaway! The staff was great. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a card in our room."

"Cleanliness"

"This was my first Solo Trip and I must say, This is going to be my CLT hotel from now on! The staff was so helpful and sweet, any questions I had about the property or any requests I had for the room were answered and delivered. Shout out to Nigel, Jada and Shy for being great hosts and hostesses! I felt very safe and welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. I had a great time at the restaurants & the rooftop bar, the staff and hospitality were wonderful. The room was spacious just for me and I slept...

"Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns."
