"The single biggest issue by far was the noise. I had read other reviews mentioning it and assumed it was typical downtown city feedback, but I was wrong. This was easily the loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The windows are clearly not double-glazed, and the non-stop sirens throughout the night made it completely impossible to get any rest. "We thought we'd give the Arlo a try, since it looked promising online. The room was good in terms of space and cleanliness, but incredibly dark with hardly any natural light. Thankfully, we were only there for one night. If we had been there for much longer, the lack of light would have been an issue. Breakfast was mediocre, service was the same. One waitress worked the entire restaurant, which was full. Needless to say, nothing was moving that quickly."
