The bar was closed while we were there (Sunday & Monday nights), which was a shame. Right next door to a great grocery store with restaurants and cafes easily walkable."

"We just spent five fantastic days at Copley Plaza, the grande old dame of Boston hotels. The service was absolutely splendid in every way, and we were very comfortable and happy throughout. Do not miss saying hi to Cori Copley, the Labrador retriever who hangs out in the lobby near the desk!"

Even less impressed that it took 30 minutes to get there without the cutlery we had asked to be included with it. Overall, decent stay. Would love if parking was included in the room fee."
