"About as close to the terminals you can get, nice clean property helpful staff"

"Free luggage storage until check in. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows and an extra blanket in the closet (along with iron.) bathroom was very clean with complementary toiletries. Didn’t hear a peep from neighbors or hallways. Great location right next to subway and within walking distance of many restaurants."

"It’s all about the view!!! Absolutely gorgeous! And little touches like the small lights that came on when you step out of bed at night. Best sleep I’ve had in years! The bed, bedding, and pillow were perfect! I’ll be back."

"Very clean, great atmosphere and everyone was friendly and helpful."

"Great location near shops and food"

"Loved staying here! Such a great centrally located hotel! Would stay again!"

"Hotel AKA Boston Common advertises as they a luxury hotel however it is far from it. We came from a 3-night stay at a luxury resort in Rhode Island - only for one night at Hotel AKA. The room was dirty, missing basic items like a remote. I’m pregnant and asked for a pregnancy pillow and a few other minimal things. No accommodations were in our room upon arrival. There are very few amenities on site and simple gestures that make luxury hotels…luxurious. It’s obvious the hotel did a cheap remodel...

"Location is an A+ and the staff were helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The lobby USB ports were not maintained didn't work causing me to invest in a $40 cable late at night. When I got into my hotel room my old cable worked just fine. I was on the 11th floor the curtains were damaged in the elevator and popcorn was spilled and sat on the floor for 8 hours. If your expecting a luxury bath this is not the hotel location for you. It your 5ft 2 inches and weigh 100 pounds the shower is great...

"Great hotel and experience. Wish the pool was warmer."

"Location is great. Everyone who worked there was so nice! We were celebrating a milestone birthday and the staff helped make it special. The breakfast was also wonderful!"
