"Elegant classic style hotel. Attentive staff. Small annoyances, bulb was out in my tea daunt lamp. No bathroom ammeneties beyond the basics. I’m used to tooth brush kit, shaving kit etc at this price. I sent my boots down to be shined in the evening. They promised them back by 11:00 AM. Didn’t happen. I finally called to enquire and it hadn’t been handled. If I was informed I would have handled it in my own. May or may not return next year may try Batcheller Mansion"

"The staff was accommodating of my requests! They were pleasant and served us a fabulous breakfast! It was delicious and the choices were healthy and offered vegan and gluten free options. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. The location is close to SPAC, the Horse race track, casino and downtown. All within 2 miles."
