"The hotel is in a great location, the check in/check out process is really easy and effortless. The staff are wonderful. However, I had some issues with my room, there was literally a tiny space between the bed and the wall so I had to squeeze myself around it to get to the other side of the bed. "This hotel does not live up to the Westin brand. This is not a 4-star. I’ve even stayed at a better 3-star than this. I don’t think they clean very well. The shower curtain smells and when I looked, the curtain have mold all across the bottom which tells me they dont change them. The blanket smells. The elevator is not sufficient, we had to use the stairs down every morning from the 8th floor. They’re supposed to give 2 bottles of water daily as part of the “destination fee” but instead of just...
