"Beware of this hotel. The hotel placed charges on my credit card that were invalid. Beware of the smoking charge. They placed a 500 dollar charge on my credit card for smoking in the room and no one in our room smokes. Scam!"

"The Empire Hotel is run down and the rooms are worn out and small.There is no space to move between the bed and the small storage trunk which is supposed to pass as a chest! No coffee makers which is something you would expect in this kind of hotel.
The public areas are fine. However, access to the pool is not possible for someone with a handicap. The bathroom is very, very small and the hooks and shelves are so high I couldn't reach them.
In general the hotel needs a BIG IMPROVEMENT AND...
