"The double room I booked was not available upon check in. They gave me 2 queen rooms instead for the night. The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Overall, I had a good stay. I understand the building is old, but there were things that are basic maintenance that needed to be done. Example, paint chipping off the doors and moulding, the ceiling above the shower was bubbling from the moisture, and there's no fan/vent in the bathroom. The heater did not work, it was blowing out cold air and actually dropped the temperature of the room, thankfully we had warmer weather. It was overall very clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean....

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
