"Rooms-very worn furniture and bedding/towels. Room was crowded, as they are trying to fit two beds in too small of a room. Checkin staff was nice but others around the hotel were not friendly. Parking is terrible, as there was not enough and spaces are too small-my car has several dings from the cars next to us opening doors on us. "

"The hotel grounds and room are clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds. Staff is wonderful, they went above and beyond when we needed something printed late at night for the next morning.
The hotel food and beverage credit was helpful.
The only negative is parking at the hotel is the most expensive in the area. We returned our car after one night, so we didn't have to pay for the full week. But they are upfront about it and suggested parking at the garden walk for half the price of we...

"The staff is really amazing! My only complaint is that the carpets are dinghy and the walls need to be cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. It seems as if this was once a great hotel but it is losing its luster due to age and it is in need of a deep clean."
