"Although the resort was pretty in the public areas, our room was never cleaned properly. They never vacuumed, so there was residual sand all over the floors in our room, hand soap that dripped on the bathroom sink our first night there and was never cleaned up by housekeeping. Also, our room was never restocked with waters and coffee as stated it would be all 4 days. The two public pools were on the smaller side, nicely heated but very crowded . The service to order drinks on the beach took 30+...

"The room was small and lacked counter space and the decor was substandard. The staff was fabulous. Kind and very helpful. The pool was lovely and the staff there wonderful. The breakfast that was included was poor and I do not know why you would not serve the guests that are staying at the hotel excellent coffee. The breakfast had terrible coffee and no choice and it was not up to par. "

"The breakfast area is in the open , so if it's raining , you're going to get wet.. People banging on the doors all night long , so we didn't get much sleep.. Was told the transfer to our cruise terminal was included.Then I had to pay the driver once we got there.. would not recommend if you want a good night's sleep"

The room had visible mold and an unpleasant odor. I reported the issue during my stay, but the hotel did not offer a room change or any resolution. Due to the unsanitary conditions and lack of action, I was left with no choice but to proceed with a dispute."
