"The staff at the restaurant was awesome! The food (breakfast and dinner) delicious and presented beautifully.
My bathroom was not cleaned properly . They was hair stuck to the shower and accumulated in areas on the floor. Communication was difficult with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak English. They were very nice.
My fridge was not cooling properly. It was reported but no one came to fix it during my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the a/c fans were right outside the window...

"Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on.
The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful.
