"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. "We always enjoy our stay here. Every room has a fireplace & jacuzzi tub. A wonderful breakfast is included. We had dinner at the bar & we had nice conversation with, James, the bartender. All the staff is very friendly.
We always enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch, relaxing & looking at the mountains.
The inn is within walking distance to Jackson Village."

"Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. "
