"The stay at the property was very good.We enjoyed it every time we stay there.The only issues that we have is the food in the sports bar is not at its best And unfortunately never has been, we paid near.£ 50 pounds for 2 burgers and chips and two drinks and the meat was very hard and dry every time we stay, we very rarely eat there. There is a lovely pub just down the road where the food is a bit more expensive, but very nice , the Rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly the swimming pool area and sauna area. It's a great place to relax, but there's 90% of the time, always something not working. We've been there a few times now, and 3 times we had items not working. We pay a lot of money to stay there and you don't really expect that"

"A beautiful building with gorgeous grounds, the hotel is as good in the inside. The restaurant food was well above average, if pricey, and a nice bar menu too. Only blot was the dirt under the tea tray on the desk in the room which looked like it hadn’t been moved for weeks"

"This was my second stay at Novotel, and this time I had an even better experience. I had a good experience during my first stay as well, but this time everything was really great. I especially enjoyed using the pool—it was so refreshing, relaxing, and peaceful. The room was also very nice and quiet, with no noise from neighboring rooms or people walking around. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.I really enjoyed my time at Novotel and would definitely stay here again"

"Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room. Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October"
