"Friendly staff, nice interior design and a good deal of choices in breakfast. Shower is stronger than I expected.
However, my friend got locked out of his room due to technical error of the door lock. It surprised us as this hotel is rather new and this has never happened to me in other Hyatt hotels in the world. Hyatt should look into this."
