"The toilet didn’t flush. We had maintenance come 3 times and it was never actually fixed. Also, our room air conditioning did not work. It was cooler outside or in the hall way. Again we asked for help from the front desk shortly after checking in but it wasn’t remedied throughout our stay."

"部屋はすごく綺麗だった。 ホテルとしては最高だと思う。 空港から徒歩で向かうには問題ないが、車で向かうとホテルの位置やフロントがどこにあるか分からず、たどり着くのに時間を要した。 また、所々にホテルへの矢印はあるものの、どうやらそれは間違っているらしく、その看板については空港側の問題だからと言われ、駐車代金については払われなかった。 朝早いチェックアウトだったが、フロントに人がいなくてどうすればいいのか分からなかった。 英語を喋れないと基本辛いです。 部屋のテレビは回線が混み合っているという表示のため見れなかった。 空港への移動は徒歩で行けるので楽でした。 高いお金を払って良かったと思えるのはこのことだけでした。"

"Perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of Brussels. The breakfast and bar were well appointed with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and accomplished. The gym reopened during our stay which we appreciated. The swimming pool was in great demand because of the very hot weather so we sadly gave it a miss. The public underground car park was immediately opposite the hotel and was pristine and secure."
