"Employees were very friendly and helpful.
I left my cell phone in our room and housekeeping placed it where I could find it! Thank you!
The lighting
in the room was very dim.
Maybe change bulbs to LED to brighten up and keep the bathroom cooler.
Outlets on the wall next to the bed were not working."

"Carpets were dirty and stained, walls had scuffs on them and furniture was damaged. A/C barely worked and when I asked for someone to check it I was told this was energy saving option. Reservation was for four people, yet there were only three towels in the bathroom and two bottles of water. Lights were so dimmed you could barely see at night and some of them didn't work.
Upon check-in I was invited to sign a document declining housekeeping services since we stayed three nights.
Not a four star...

"Resort is huge and geared towards corporate events it seems. Rooms were a good size. Battery fire detector went off at 12:30am and 4:30am the first night. Maintenance came in to assess and change battery at 12:30. Next day told management to replace with brand new unit with brand new battery. It’s an okay resort but prob won’t return. Bobs Steak House was excellent option for dinner on the properly."

"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and proximity to the pier / beach / restaurants, and access to the underground parking garage, made for a great beach vacation experience for our family.
The free breakfast is good, although by the end of the 5th day, we were ready for some 'real eggs' and bacon. Would be nice to have had more fresh fruit options.
Also, the stair cases were dilapidated, and the elevators (when both working) were fine, but if one wasnt working took too long to go up/down....

"The room was clean and staff was helpful. But there was a lot of trash left in hallways and pool wasn’t heated, which was a bummer for the kids. Breakfast buffet wasn’t included either"
