"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "Pillows were very hard - need a few softer ones. Also I was concerned with security - seemed anyone could walk in off the street & go up in elevators. On the positive side - loved the unique decor. "
