"Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"Very old hotel, and lots of mandatory extra charges when you check in. The rooms are small, the building has not been renovated in a long time. Location is decent but lots of closures of the roads when there’s events happening at Madison square garden. They make you pay a mandatory fee of $30 per day for use of the facilities and WiFi even if you don’t use them. They try and sell you tours when you arrive in the lobby. And if you want your luggage stored after you check out, it’s $10 per bag....

"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good.
However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
