"This hotel is at a great location right across from Central Pattaya Mall and all the bars, restaurants & vendor stalls. It’s a really short walk to the beach as well. The hotel is well maintained with friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast has a variety of options. They were very attentive & left us a nice cake to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool has a great view but on the smaller side. We would stay here again! Thank you Somerset...

"It's directly across pattaya beach. There isn't a noise that came from nightlife activities (at least that's what I experienced). Pattaya 2nd road is nearby, where tiffany show and other tourist attractions are located. Hotel facilities are in a good condition. Outdoor pool is well-maintained and operates until 9pm. Some pool lounge area are covered with synthetic grass floor. You can borrow towel(s) on the front desk. Front officers are friendly, but very rare to give a smile. You can also see...

"Excellent breakfast buffet, wonderful cleaning staff, everything was spotless, friendly staff, affordable luxury and close to everything, you drink coffee while looking at the beach, what’s not to like, have been coming here for 15 years, hope it keep being as is"

"Hotel at beach and midtown fir area activities. Walk to anything or take simple cheap rides. Mall blocks away. It's all close. Pool nice to cool with. Rooms nice simple. Staff great. I did not eat at hotel. I would stay here again"

"The staff are good friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Pool area is nice. The room I was in was clean but so old. Air conditioning was poor and the bathroom was old and didn’t smell good. It was clean tho. Shower was very low pressure. "
