"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area.
The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush.
The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating.
Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"The perfect coastal escape for locals who want an oceanfront experience without a long drive. This hotel feels like a “training cruise”—you’re still on land, but completely immersed in the sound and presence of the ocean.
Although the property sits along the main road and is conveniently close to top attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the oceanfront side is an entirely different world. Step out back and you’re transported into a peaceful, almost surreal beachfront setting.
