"Perfect spot for Coachella "

"We stayed here for Coachella and rented 3 rooms. The staff was so helpful and so accommodating. Definitely a good choice to stay here. Property was clean, rooms were great and the pools were fabulous Thank you See you next yesr"

"We visited for one night during Coachella weekend, so there was definitely a “Coachella tax,” but the property still felt calm, well-managed, and upscale. This was a family/work trip, and we chose the hotel for the kid-friendly water features (ages 8 and 3). The room was dated but very clean—I could tell by how clean my kids’ feet stayed after running around barefoot. The king room had a pull-out couch, a big plus. The hotel accommodated our request for a ground-floor room with easy access to the main areas. Being able to walk from our patio to the restaurants in about two minutes made things much easier with kids. The “water park” is more of a nice kids pool and splash pad than a full water park, but the kids still had a great time. Poolside service was great. The kids ordered chicken tenders and fries—portions were generous and they enjoyed it. We were excited about the breakfast buffet. Pricing was reasonable for kids, though the food options for adults were not super exciting. What really stood out, though, was the staff—everyone was friendly, patient and accommodating. From the front desk, to restaurant staff, to bellman, to security, to poolside staff - they all offered a level of service made a lasting impression. The only thing that really took the experience down were the several mosquitoes and a moth in the room, possibly due to our room’s proximity to the lake. Had the room been more updated without pests, this would’ve easily been a 5 star stay."

"Checked into the room, no working toilet, construction all night, no working room phone. Then, when I spoke to desk services, thats the way the phones are, i can fix the toilet, but the phone will have to wait til IT in the morning. Wow. The amenities aren’t discussed. Best thing at the hotel are the bathtubs, the bartender Stefon and the valet, the hotel looks fun but the energy is lackluster and the customer service is out of touch. "
