"I loved this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. I enjoyed the nespresso machine in the room, and the coffee bar downstairs in the morning. The gym was small but effective. This was the 4th hotel I stayed in during my travels around Oregon and it had the most comfortable bed and pillows of all. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again."

"First off the rate that "included taxes and fees" is a lie- was charged additional 33.66 for convenience? No not for parking. Then I understand it is an old building but still- everything is weathered down, when tried to wash up and brush teeth at night could not get cold water - and hot and cold faucets were pouring hot water, not cold -HOT. In the morning had cold and hot water, no explanation available -"some room had that happen before". Its a mystery. in other words not impressed if not to...

"The desk staff were great. Our room was not ready and we had to wait a little over an hour which made it very rushed to get to our evening event. The room was not cleaned on day two, and when we asked for additional coffee for morning, it was provided but no offers of anything else we might have needed. Day three our room was not cleaned again, although a crew came at 9pm to clean. We said no thank you. A bit late. The room was pleasant and while we can live without clean towels everyday...
