"We had a great stay at Hotel Contessa and would definitely return. The location on the River Walk is excellent, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit.
The rooftop pool area was a highlight with great views of the city. The only minor issue was that the rooftop pool bar wasn’t staffed when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, and we couldn’t find any posted bar hours. Not a big deal, but something that could be improved.

"On arrival the staff were very friendly. They suggested a change of room assignment given that the Spurs were playing at home and the Riverwalk might get noisy, so we were switched to a pool view room. The room was excellent. The decor was modern and comfortable and for the most part fresh with minimal wear. The bathroom was good and the toiletries were quality.
