"Hotel was beautiful. I loved the food. The place needs better signs. Like where the ice machines are in every floor. Which floor has the pool on it etc. the front desk wasn’t very informative either. I know they see a lot of people a day but that shouldn’t get in the way have making a guest feel welcomed and comfortable. "

"The hotel was very nice. Clean and in a great location. Parking is $60 nightly in the nearby garage and a rollaway bed for a fifth person was an extra $25 nightly. We didn’t feel this was clearly noted anywhere upon booking. "

"The hotel was very nice. They have a very strict 4pm check-in policy and charged us $25 for early check in at 2 pm. Aside from that, it’s very conveniently located near Magnificent mile. We walked most of the time but there is a bus stop around."

The original deep dish pizza place, Pizzeria UNO is literally around the corner, the Magnifient Mile is only a block away, 3 blocks from the river and only 2 from the Red Line, which takes you directly to Wrigley Field!
