"The hotel itself was clean and overall acceptable. However, stay away from the Gatsby Restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor and concerning. The soup and chicken both tasted old and acidic, as if they had been prepared days in advance and improperly stored. The mashed potatoes were clearly sour, which should never happen with fresh food. When we raised this with the server (blonde waitress), her response was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, she became defensive...

"テルミニ駅からすぐ近くで観光にも食事にもとても便利です。部屋も充分な広さで清潔、バスルームも快適でした。朝食込みの宿泊料金で、朝食もおいしかったです。ちょうどイースターの日に当たり、ホテルからイースターの伝統的なお菓子のプレゼントがありました。思いがけないプレゼントで感激です。イースターというのが大事な行事なのだとあらためて学びました。"
