"My stay was great, the room was immaculate, the view was beautiful. The only negative I’d say was the ice machine on my floor was broken and I called housekeeping to get some ice. Only to be told “ we don’t deliver ice to rooms you’ll need to get that yourself but I’ll let someone know the ice machine is broken “ I was very disappointed that being a Hyatt Rewards member and at the cost of a room being over $500 a night , I don’t think bringing ice to my room when the machine is broken is to much...

"I had an event in China Basin and the location of the hotel was perfect. Everything was walkable and it could not be more convenient to the CalTrain station. There were plenty of places in the area for food and beverage and for getting outside and doing some exercise. The hotel and room were extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend. "
