"We were excited to stay here, but this hotel is just okay. My family has eaten downstairs at Friedman's many times because it is a safe and delicious gluten free restaurant, and we thought it would be fun to stay at the hotel with its old-timey charm. "Very well-appointed hotel and room, excellent location, pleasant staff.
However, the check-in was too slow for a property of this quality. Also, the property texted me and asked if I needed anything, and I requested a mini fridge. The reply was that it would be delivered to my room, but it never was. It’s not a problem if there wasn’t one available, the problem was the unkept promise (and failure to follow-up).
Finally, there was an unexpected charge to my credit card that I am waiting to...

"Easy check in with friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great location. Can be a little noisy outside given the busy area but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just come prepared if you’re a light sleeper! Overall, had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
