"The best hotel in the Detroit metro area hands down! A stunning property and so beautifully kept. Birmingham is a pristine little town and The Townsend so well immaculately situated in its heart. Walk to anywhere. The staff is second to none. I flew in for the Jack White concert, and came back to my hometown, and everyone was so warm and friendly and kind to me. So memorable. Thank you Townsend!!"

The kitchen sink was not properly installed, it rocked and moved as it was not secured to the counter top. We adivsed the property manager and were informed it would be fixed. It was not fixed.
