"We were celebrating a belated birthday and anniversary and the had a slice of chocolate cake in the fridge with a bag with a wine glass and a chocolate bar. So thoughtful. Kayla was an awesome person to work with. Daily room cleaning which was much appreciated! A gorgeous Grand Dame in a great location. Comfy bed and climate control room. I would love to stay again!"

"This hotel oversold their rooms and refused to provide us a refund even though we arrived at 6pm with confirmed reservation. Staff said Expedia should not have sold us a room because they were fully booked. Understand things happen but I should not be charged for a room I never got to use. We had to scramble to find a new place to stay and ended up driving another 20 minutes further out of town just to not sleep in our car. Unacceptable that I’m still fighting to get a refund two days later...

"I am disappointed at the cleanliness of this property. The bathroom was completely dirty and moldy. There was no soap or usual amenities in the bathroom. The bed had stains on it the refrigerator was not cooling, the air conditioning has mold and the room had so much condensation! We were were for a basketball camp and our time in room was limited. I paid way too much money for such a terrible experience."
