"Staff was great. The room is tiny. It should be described as a cell. Dimly lit. No real desk. Really just a bed and buffet with a coffee maker. The bathroom is tiny. The room itself is clean. "Excellent! If you want easy access to museums in DTLA. However, i have to say if you call the hotel and want anything - like a receipt, credit for staying, or to just check whether they found something you might have left behind, finding an actual human to talk to might be impossible. Marriott is fine as long as you are on premises - after that its all next to impossible to get assistance.
