"Clean hotel however it is a little far from Bangkok tourist activities. If thats what you're looking for then this hotel is for you. 30min from BKK and 30min to Siam. Very secure and safe location with 24hour guards at the lot entrances. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it. "I stayed for more than two weeks and really frustrated that one of the escalators was out of order for weeks and guests and staff all using two escalators causing excessive delay. Also I don't feel secured as the escalators do not require card access. This means anyone can go up.
