"We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean."

"When I arrived, it was 108°, and they informed me that the swimming pool would be closed for the next couple of days. A hotel in Palm Springs with a swimming pool closed. Hum.
