"This property failed to meet even basic standards of care and cleanliness.
Valet parking is required, and my vehicle was damaged while in their custody on the first day of my stay. Management refused to accept responsibility, declined to provide surveillance footage, and relied on their own internal determination to deny liability. I am now forced to pursue the matter through their insurance.

"This is a very outdated property that requires major overhaul of its rooms. The rooms at dated, have a moldy smell, although the linens were clean. I had much different expectations for the property especially since it was $750 a night. Definitely not worth $750/night. Get your act together Hyatt."

"First time being here at this hotel and enjoyed the views, atmosphere, food and drinks. The staff were kind and informative. Only thing is during the 3rd stay, I found some ants. Not sure because we were located downstairs and when we went outside of the patio it got in. However, overall experience was great!"

"An amazing experience! The grounds were beautiful and the atmosphere was so peaceful. A great escape for those seeking tranquility. The Vineyard Rose Restaurant is excellent; we ate breakfast. there three days in a row and had dinner one night to celebrate a special occasion. Julio was amazing and provided exemplary service! We are definitely looking forward to returning there again! This location was also close to Calvary Chapel and we enjoyed their worship service! Thanks and praise be...
