"The staff were very friendly and always willing to g to be helpful. Front desk and maids service around, available and attentive. Parking and limousine service convenient. Whole Foods, fine dining, library, museums, university campuses and Hill Street near by. Centrally located to the city. Ten minutes from Union station. Historical aspects of the hotel were amazing!! Recommend adding some glass box displays of fanciful gowns from the academy awards era in the great hall just outside the meeting...

"Honestly I do not recommend this place. You will get charged every little fee possible. WiFi. Extra fee. Parking extra fee. Breakfast extra fee. Hotel fee. Etc. And the list goes on. I’d rather pay a premium for a premium experience. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable and with the construction happening in the check in area this place was a pass. So why the 3 stars???? Room was nice and that’s about it. Good luck. Not recommended by me"

"The room was ok. But what made me lower stars is the fact that the EV chargers are only for valet parked vehicles. They never explained that anywhere while making the reservation. That was a big reason to pick that specific hotel. The self parking alone was already expensive, but gatekeeping the chargers with valet was not a great move. To top it off it's probably 3 chargers, so if you are planning to use the hotel as a destination to charge, don't even bother."
