"Check in was easy, but would have been nice if she would have given us more information. For example, the lobby entrance is the 2nd floor. She told me to take the elevator down. Would have been nice to have been told to drive down to the 1st floor garage which has access to our room.
Room was nice, very accommodating space. Beautiful setup including a couch area to view the bay.
Disadvantage....Ice and water machine were on the North side of the buildings...we were closer to the South side,...

"We stayed here for two nights with our family of four, including our four-year-old with special needs and a newborn, and overall we had a wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Lorena at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. When we noticed that our original room had a very strong cleaner smell, we spoke with Manager Jessica, who was absolutely amazing. She was prompt, accommodating, and quickly...
