"BEWARE. I left a wake up call for 5:10 am -- which was crucial to make an early flight -- but no one called. Check your bill -- I was overcharged when I looked at the bill the night before departure. It finally was adjusted; then, after I left, they tacked on an incorrect charge again, which it took forever of the phone to get withdrawn.
