"All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"The room was clean and functional with a comfortable bed. While the room had a kitchen area, sink and microwave, there were just two cups, one bowl and one plate. There were no glasses in the room or bathroom. The room had limited soft furnishings and with a tiled floor was echoey.
