"Fine place to stay."

"Front desk and guest service staff were unfriendly and upon coming to the reception desk for check-in, they were looking down at the computer and were not happy to assist, even one of the staff said she was sending a message to her dentist...the guest service staff was just so rude. I regret that I made the booking with Kimpton as never had a such experience at any other hotels I stayed in the past 30 years and even it became a negative impression of San Francisco.."

"This charming 1915-era hotel provides thoughtfully appointed rooms and exceptional service. Anything I asked for, from sewing supplies to laser copies, was quickly provided. Since I was traveling solo I opted for the Business room, which comes with free wifi, plenty of outlets, a refrigerator and coffeemaker, and the most comfortable bed ever! The hotel is connected to the restaurant Zino, with food to die for."

"The court yard with the fire pits, s’mores kits and a multitude of games ranging from ping pong, shuffle board, corn hole and on and on. Wonderful seating and lounging areas both inside and outside. The staff was courteous and helpful. T.C. was exceptionally helpful and informed me of an extra perk that I wasn’t aware of…that although check out is 11am you can park there until 3pm without any additional charge. This was wonderful. We could have lunch on the waterfront before we left for the day....
