"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The room was very nice and the staff was overall lovely. The heat in the room did not work properly and my room temp was between 58-78 degrees with setting the thermostat at 70. Plus the heat rattled when one keeping me awake. There is a mini fridge but no microwave to reheat food. No coffee or tea service available in the room. Also, the pool is not easily accessible. "

"Property was under repair. Also, TV did not work peoperly and repairman could not repair it. Finally, on a very warm and humid day, hotel "did not turn on air conditioning"(?) and the room temperature was very uncomfortable. Location of hotel next to Winter Garden Theatre was convenient."

"The staff was helpful, everyone was really nice. Registration was easy and pleasant, the ladies there explained everything and even gave a good food recommendation in the area when i asked. My issues would be with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that i lost power on one of my mornings and had to delay my plans due to no electricity in my room. Also the fact that we stayed for a week and needed to go down to bar/coffee area to use the small microwace they had to warm up food for a family...

"I was charged twice and lied about it. I had already paid thru Expedia. One day during my stay my room was not serviced. I left my room at around 2:00pm and I saw the housekeeper still cleaning rooms in my floor. Came back to the room at 8:30pm and the room had not been serviced. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. "
