"Great hotel! Within walking distance to MANY New York attractions. Loved the theater group that sings while working at the restaurant Friedman's! Hotel room was cozy and quiet. Times Square provided just the right amount of "white noise" to help you sleep"

"After booking through expedia, when i went to check in they said they charge an additional USD$45 service fee for each day which annoyed me… not sure what that covers as we never had any room service (by choice) whilst we were there for 2 nights. Apart from that all was good."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
