"Small but nice rooms Nice older hotel Staff were all nice"

"This use to be one of my favorites in NYC, but with no room service, charging $8 for a cup of coffee and closing the bar on a Saturday night at 11:00p, I am done. Property is tired and no one seems to care. Unfortunate."

"The staff upstairs on the roof were extremely rude. I have never experienced this before especially as a paid patron. The young ladies who are taking orders are using the upstairs as a fake runway like it’s Americas next top model. They need to focus on their hospitality and manners, not their runway walk."

"Great view. Not Vacuumed Hotel"

"Moxy is the best"

"It was great!"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Great hotel and close to the main action without feeling too chaotic."
