"What a fabulous place, from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a cold flannel and refreshing drink from smiling staff we knew we had chosen a great place to stay. The staff are some of the best we encountered on our trip, always smiling and helpful. The hotel is peaceful with large rooms, we had a room with a balcony overlooking a garden area, the room was beautifully styled and immaculately clean, the hotel is just within the city walls but walkable to markets and temples etc or easy to grab a taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊 "

"Bathroom - No Shower Pan. Bath tub bathing was sort of complusory, which became very difficult with corded shower. They should upgrade their bathrooms in totality."

"This is at most a 3 star hotel. Overpriced for what it is, which I found to be an issue in Chiang Mai. In an effort to be artsy there are exposed pipes on a cement ceiling. When other guests used the shower or toilet water would loudly run through the pipes. Air quality was mediocre as was cleanliness. Breakfast was mediocre - although had rave reviews from previous guests."
